If you've forgotten your Lumière password, it's easy to reset it.
From the homepage, click the "Forgot Password" link under the login form.
You'll be asked to enter your email address. Make sure to use the same email address associated with your Lumière account!
Shortly after submitting the request, you'll recieve an email from labs@latd.com with a link to reset your password. It's usually arrives within a few minutes. If you still haven't recieved the reset link at the email address on file after a couple of hours, check your spam folder. If you're still having trouble, let us know!
